- Welcome to Crescendo School of Performing Arts! - 

Our purpose at Crescendo is to create fun and engaging space for students of all ages to learn and grow! We want to create a fun and encouraging place for students to explore Performing Arts though Music and Theater (and eventually Dance)! We do this though teaching techniques, coaching confidence, and fostering talent, encouraging every student to grow to their full potential. 

We offer Private Piano, Guitar, Voice, Bass, Drum kit, Violin, Clarinet, Oboe, Trumpet, Alto Sax, Accordion, and Ukulele Lessons, Group Theater, Vocal performance, Music Theory, Music and movement, Mommy and Me, and Homeschool Classes, Summer Camps, and Full Staged theater productions! About the Owner

Tabitha Pangman has been teaching in the Performing Arts world for 18 years. She has a BA in Music Education from Southwestern University. Tabitha began singing at the age of 5 and studying Dance at the age of 9, and has loved Theater since her very first role in a musical as an elementary student. Tabitha is a Classically trained Lyric Soprano and Multi-instrumentalist, who has Conducted choirs, Directed musicals, Taught in High Schools as a Musical Theater Vocal Coach, Served as Music Director at a Church, Directed Music camps, and Guest taught vocal master classes. Because of her knowledge of Vocal Pedagogy and her experience in Classical, Musical Theater, Opera, and Contemporary Voice, she has been a sought after private teacher.

Tabitha first began teaching in 2008 in Southern California, offering Music lessons through her own private Studio, while also directing an SSA Children Choir. In 2015, Tabitha relocated to Austin, Texas, and joined the Teaching Staff at Radha School of Music in Cedar Park, during which time she had a full roster of Vocal, Piano, Guitar, and Ukulele Students. She also pioneered RSM Musical Theater Program, Directing Junor versions of Annie, Beauty and the Beast, Matilda the Musical, Newsies, The 25th annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, The Little Mermaid and The Sound of Music.

Tabitha returned to Maine with her husband and young children in 2022, and to began to share her love of Music and Performing Arts with families in Southern Maine though Crescendo School of Performing Arts. She has been so pleased to see Crescendo Grow into a Thriving music and Theater community over the past few years, with amazing Teachers, Talented Students, and Such an encouraging environment of Education, discovery, and personal growth. Tabitha looks forward to welcoming you into the Crescendo Family!
