Summer 2025 we are offering Camps in June, July, and August!
You can register for our Arts & Crafts, Superstar, and Rock Band Camps on our Website. Registration for our Musical Theater KIDS and JR Camps will be run though Standish Parks and Recreation. Read Bellow for more details, and feel free to reach out with any questions you may have!

June 17th - 20th= “Arts & Craft Camp” |Full day : 1st- 7th Grade, Half day: Age 4 to 1st Grade | at CSPA

July 7th - 19th = “The Jungle Book KIDS” | Full Day: 1st- 8th grade, Half Day (M, W, F): Age 4 to 6 years old | at BEHS
July 21st - August 10th = “Matilda the Musical JR” | Full Day: 2rd - 12th Grade, Half Day (M, W, F): K to 1st Grade) | at BEHS
August 11th - 16th = Rock Band Camp | Full Day: 2nd - 8th Grade | at CSPA

Let’s get Crafty - Arts and Crafts Camp
June 17th - 20th
Full camp from 9AM to 3PM
Half Day available from 9AM - 11:30AM
Full day - open to students going into 1st though 6th grade. Half Day - open to students Age 4 though 1st grade.
1 week long, Tuesday - Friday
Bring out your creativity at Arts & Crafts Camp! Students will create in all different mediums - From drawing and Painting to Tie-die; from friendship bracelets to Bead Animals! Polish your existing artistic skills and discover a few new passions - Let’s get crafty together!
Camp Cost -$230 for Full-Day Camp,
$130 for Half-day Camp
*Early bird registration (before March 16th) - $220 for Full Camp, $125 for Half day Camp.
*First week of Summer camp - Dates/Cost may adjust based on the School Calendar due to Flex/snow days *
Kids Acting Camp
June 24th - 28th, from 9AM to 3PM
For Students going into 2nd though 7th grade. 1 week long, Monday - Friday.
This camp is for students who are interested in exploring Acting and the world of Theater! Students will improving their acting and vocal skills with instruction from experienced Acting and Vocal Teachers. Students will rehearse & stage multiple small Scenes and have opportunities to preform onstage, and assist backstage. Interested Students may get to try their hand at directing a short scene! Students will prepare and put on an end-of-camp performance for Family and Friends!

Songwriting Camp
July 8th -12th, from 9AM to 3PM.
For Students going into 4th grade though 9th grade. 1 Week long, Monday - Friday.
Bring out your inner songwriter! This camp is for beginners to experienced writers. Students will learn rhyme schemes, song structure, and basic chord theory, and compose original music right at camp. On the last day, we will have a small performance for Family and Friends.
One session of private instrument study, or previous instrument experience encouraged, but not required. Students can compose vocally, on a previously learned instrument, or on Piano or Ukulele with the help of our music teachers at camp.

“Superstar” camp - Sing, Dance, Design!
July 15th - 19th, from 9AM to 3PM
For Students going into Kindergarten though 6th grade. 1 week long, Monday - Friday.
This camp is for the aspiring “Pop Star” and performer to get creative! Students will work on vocals with experienced vocal teachers, come up with dance Choreography, and design and create a custom “Superstar” shirt to wear in our end-of-camp performance for Family!

Production and Tech Camp
July 15th -19th, from 1PM to 4PM.
For Students going into 7th grade though 12th grade. 1 Week long, Monday - Friday.
Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes in theater? Join our production camp and get hands on experience and training! Students will build and paint sets for Our upcoming Production of “Shrek the musical”, receive training in tech including Sound and Lighting, create Costumes, and get to create a Large Dragon Puppet with an experienced Puppet maker. Interested Students will be invited to assist behind the scenes during our Final week of Musical theater camp & Performances (August 12th-18th)
This Camp will be held at Limington Old Town Hall. 6th Grade students will be concentered on a case-by-case bases.

Rock Band 101 Camp
July 22nd -26th, from 9AM to 3PM.
For Students going into 2nd grade though 7th grade. 1 Week long, Monday - Friday.
Students will get a crash course on Piano, Guitar, Bass, Ukulele, Drums, and lead vocals. They will form bands, and learn to play multiple songs, on different instruments! On the last day, we will have a small performance for Family and Friends.
Open to ongoing musicians and beginners - no previous music experience required.

Musical Theater Camp! - Shrek the Musical Jr.
July 29th though August 18th 3 Weeks long - 9AM to 3PM
Full registration open to Students going into 3rd grade - 10th grade. - MT Jr. Camper option for Ages 4 though students going into 2nd grade!
Camp Days - Monday though Friday. *Final Performances: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday August 16th, 17th & 18th
Crescendo School of Performing Art’s 2024 Summer Musical is “Shrek the Musical Jr”! We are so excited to be putting on this fun production.
This Camp is 3 weeks long, and the full Camp is open to 3rd grade and up. This Camp will be held at Crescendo School of Performing Arts in Standish, with Performances at Cornish Town Hall. Space is very limited, so be sure to secure your spot ASAP!
Auditions are planned for Saturday, July 13th at 9AM. (Alterative Audition options may be offered by request for student unable to attend the primary Audition)
Our Younger students who would like to be a part of this production are welcome to sign up as an MT Jr. Camper. Jr Campers will attend rehearsals 2 Times per week (Planned for Tuesday and Thursday mornings.) learning music and choreography for multiple songs, and take part in 2 final performances!
4 performances are planned - Friday August 16th - Evening Performance, and Saturday August 17th - Matinee & Evening Performance, Sunday August 18th - Matinee Performance.
Musical Theater Camp Costs:
$225 per week (Full Camp - $675) for 3rd grade & up
MT Jr. Camper - Age 4 though 2nd Grade - $175 Total
*Early bird registration (before March 18th) - Full Camp -$655, Jr. Camper - $160
~ Internship opportunity ~
CSPA is accepting applications from Students (High School and up) who are interested in being summer interns.
Gain experience working with kids, teaching music and/or theater, and working backstage. Interns will assist in leading activities with the campers, coaching students, have teaching opportunities, as well as opportunities to assist with Chorography or Directing. Over the course of the summer Interns will have one on one coaching from our teachers and experience personal growth as a musician, Actor, and leader!
Those interested in interning can apply for one or all camps! The ability to play an instrument is preferred for music camps. Previous experience with Theater and/or Dance preferred for Musical Theater Camp. Interns may be asked to fill some adult roles in Musical theater performances.
